Westpac Banking Corporation was secured as the anchor tenant for the APN / Grocon joint development of 150 Collins Street, Melbourne.
150 Collins Street is located at the prestigious Paris end of Collins Street behind the historical Scots Church on the North West corner of Collins and Russell Streets, Melbourne
The development comprises approximately 20,000 sqm office space and is designed to meet the highest environmental standards with 5 star NABERS and 6 star green star ratings.
On 5 July 2012, the building was sold to the GPT Wholesale Office Fund on a forward funded basis.
A 3.3 ha site located in Port Melbourne, close to the Melbourne CBD and the Westgate Freeway. The site is bounded by Ingles, Fennel and Bertie streets.
The site was zoned light industrial but now falls within new Capital City zoning.
Four stages of the original development plan for Industry Village were completed and settled. A new planning permit for mixed use development under Capital City zoning is currently being progressed.
